We're so cool, it hurts.

Yes, yes. I AM too good for Random-osity. Ha! never.
Right now, I'm in my Natural Science class. Instead of listening to a boring ass lecture, I'm posting here. Dr. Hall - my prof - would be oh so proud. Hey, atleast I'm awake.
Anyway, this weekend was really fun. As Gina mentioned below, I came home, bringing my friends from Fresno, David and Cody, in tow. We arrived around 4ish on Friday. I could tell Hayward was going to be an eye-opener for the boys when they asked me if I knew the kid walking down the street. You see, in Coarsegold, where David is from, he knows everyone who is walking around anywhere. We hung out at my house, unpacked, met the family for a while and then went to Long's. Anto did some entertaining with his "When the fuck you coming back to work, Katie?" Gina and Jake met us at Long's and then it was off to Los Compadres for dinner. After dinner, we headed back to the cars which happened to be parked in Kasper's parking lot. Some old lady ran out and started yelling at us for parking on private property and David and Cody got a taste of Bay Area life. We then went to the homecoming game at Moreau. For the curious, they lost 47 to 7....good show. It was crappy weather-wise so we didn't stay for very long. However, it was nice to see a lot of people. I think I saw more camp folks then old school friends. But I did get to see Jeff and James and Deanna, of course. We decided to leave around 8:30 because it was raining pretty badly and we wanted to get to cover. Deanna came with us and we went to the Radisson Hotel, where Noelley and Shara were hosting a party for their USF friends and apparently, me and my friends. So, Gina, Jake, Cody, David, Deanna, and I all were the Sober Bunch at the party. Noelley was fun; she hung out with us for the majority of the party, which made up for the fact that she was a little tipsy. By the by, Noelley - if you read this, Cody and David think you're fun. Shara, however, didn't really hang out with us that much, so I didn't get to see her as much as I'd like. Maybe next time. We left the hotel around 10:30 when some USF girl came in saying, "Hey, we gotta clean up because the po-po are coming." We went back home and chilled like villians.

Saturday, the boys and I woke up and went to Buger King for breakfast. Classy, I know. We met Gina and Jake at BART and then went off to Berkeley. BART was exciting apparently, and David is proud of the fact that he stood in between the BART cars. They got a great view of the ghettos of the Bay Area from the BART train. We got off at the Berkeley station. Stopped at an ATM so David and Cody could get some $$. David, country boy that he is, freaking left the money in the ATM becasue he thought when the ATM read, "Out of Paper" it meant "Out of Money", when, in reality, it was just not printing receipts. He had to go back and get it after Cody enlightened him. We went to the campus and went to visit David's friends, Sarah and Brie. [Who, by the way, live on completely different sides of the campus, and at an uphill incline.] Brie came with us to go to San Francisco. So we made our way back to BART.
San Francisco was fun. We didn't get even half as much done as we wanted to. We only got as far as Union Square. The first store we hit was FAO Schwartz - very exciting. But the boys got new underwear and clothes from the 7 story Macy's and HUGE Old Navy. We went to Virgin Megastore and ate pizza at Blondies. Surprisingly, there was good weather, a little bit of showers, but nothing more. We left SF at 5ish and took Brie back home to UC Berkeley. Then we all went back to the good ol' Haystack.
My family and the boys went out to dinner at Max's. My family really likes them both and that makes me happy. We were tired so we went back home and watched a movie. David and Cody got tired, and consequently, got mean and vulgar, respectively. Deanna came over to visit for a while and then we all went to bed.
Sunday, I woke up earlier than the boys and attempted to be domestic. My valiant efforts resulted in burnt blueberry pancakes and a burn on my hand. I'd make an awesome housewife. Then, Cody, David, Ellie, and I went to Ammie and Papa's to visit for awhile. We got a bunch of movies and some snacks and then headed back home. I packed while the boys went to go get Amanda from the BART station. 45 minutes later, they returned without Amanda because apparently, she found another ride home. We packed up the car, said goodbye the family, filled up the tank, and got some lunch at Togo's. We were on the road by 3 and pack home - Fresno - by 6. We unpacked and then went to dinner. Then things were back to normal, same old Fresno State life.

I had a really good time and I apologize for the day by day, boring ass report of what I did. The boys had fun and think that my friends are really nice and fun to hang out with. Most of all, I'm just glad that my Hayward people got to meet them. It's kinda like a bizarre type of Show 'n Tell. I just want everyone to see the awesome people that I have the pleasure of hanging out with every day at school. [On a side note: I printed out the list of "I Might Love You If You..." things and gave it to Cody and David. They then checked off all the things that they do/did, and it was actually really surprising. They both only had about 10 each that they couldn't check off - and they were things like, named Hayden, etc. Incidently, I love them both.]

Alright, class is over, gotta go. Thanks for a spectacular weekend.
